The Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board has relaunched workinquinte.ca, a free local job website aimed at connecting employers and job seekers across the region.
Billed as “like Indeed, but local,” the website now covers Belleville, Quinte West, Brighton, Greater Napanee, and Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. The platform is designed to be spam-free, with all job listings reviewed by a real person.
The upgraded site includes a built-in applicant tracking system, allowing employers to create free profiles, post jobs, and manage applications. Job seekers can upload their resumes, apply for positions, and organize their applications through a personal dashboard.
Belleville agency SNAP 360 helped build the new website, which is already in use by META Employment Services as its main job posting tool.
