UPDATE 11:30am: OPP say Highway 401 Eastbound has reopened to traffic.

As of 7:15 this morning, the Lennox and Addington OPP had responded to two collisions on Highway 401 Eastbound which resulted in closing the 401 at Hwy 37 in Belleville.
The OPP reported at the time that the highway had very icy conditions.
Around 7:45am, the OPP provided an update for traffic from Highway 37 “to Blessington to Shannonville Road, South on shannonville road. 2 then East to highway 49. North to highway 401.”
