A Kingston driver is facing a drug charge after a traffic stop in Prince Edward County.
Ontario Provincial Police pulled over a vehicle on County Road 10 around 10:30 a.m. on April 1, 2025. After investigating, officers arrested 44-year-old Patrick MacDonald.
The accused is charged with possession of a Schedule I substance, identified as methamphetamine.
Police say MacDonald was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Court on April 23, 2025.
The OPP continues to urge the public to report suspected impaired drivers by calling 9-1-1. Police say reporting can help prevent dangerous situations and save lives.
