Lennox & Addington Seniors Outreach Services (L&A SOS) are inviting the community to an open house this Friday to explore their new space.
myFM spoke with L&A SOS administrative director Michele Foster, who told us more about their organization,
L&A SOS remains at 12 Richmond Park Drive in Napanee, but they’ve moved to the lower floor. Visitors should use the auditorium entrance.
The event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 p.m., with speeches from Mayor Terry Richardson, hospital CEO Mike Bell, and possibly MPP Rick Bresee.
Guests can also watch live fitness demonstrations from L&A SOS instructors.
L&A SOS serves adults 55 and older offering fitness programs, social programs, and free services for homebound seniors. More information is available at www.lasos.ca or by calling 613-354-9856.
