A group of talented youth performers from Napanee has been chosen to compete in the Canada’s Teen Jam Finalist Showcase at Toronto’s TD Music Hall.
On February 27, Jade Peter and Third Time’s a Charm (TTaC) will represent Napanee in the prestigious event. TTaC, made up of Isaac Harvey, Ryland Murray, Joe Hauser, and Brock Pettifer, will compete in the band category with their songs “Fading Innocence” and “Self Sabotage.” Jade Peter will compete in the soloist category with “Nothingness” and “Jaded.”
The competition, founded by live music producer Mark Higgins, gives finalists a chance to perform on big stages and win cash prizes. All finalists will also gain international exposure across CTJ platforms.
The Harmony Lounge & Music Club, a local non-profit offering music instruction and performance opportunities to youth, has played a vital role in the development of these artists.
