Greater Napanee Health Home (GNHH) is committed to connecting all area residents without a primary care provider to a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
This week, the GNHH will host a rostering event at Best & Bash Arena (16 McPherson Drive, Napanee) to register residents in need of a healthcare provider.
Event times:
- November 12: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- November 13: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- November 14: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- November 15: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Residents must bring proof of address on a government-issued ID and be registered with Health Care Connect.
The GNHH, which launched in April 2024, has already connected 1,000 residents and welcomed four new family doctors. The initiative is a collaboration between Kingston Community Health Centres, Family Doctors Group, the Town of Greater Napanee, and Lennox and Addington County General Hospital.
