Quinte Conservation (QC) is offering free Woodland Wellness Events this fall, aimed at connecting people with nature to improve well-being.
Two key events include “Walking in the Woods” with Donna Kaye, held every Monday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm across 10 conservation areas until November 25, and “Poses at Potter’s,” outdoor yoga with Tammy Smith on Tuesdays from 12:15 pm to 12:50 pm at South Potter’s Creek until October 29.
These events focus on de-stressing, finding inspiration, and enjoying the outdoors. More events will be announced soon, and details can be found on QC’s event calendar.
All fitness levels are welcome, and sessions are led by experienced instructors. Registration is required as space is limited. Free parking is available, and donations are encouraged to support QC’s programs.
