Kingston Police have arrested a suspect following a recent homicide. On August 4th Kingston Police responded to an assault at an apartment building near Cassidy Street and Montreal Street.
The victim, 34-year-old Jordan Greene, was found with multiple stab wounds and transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Greene later succumbed to injuries suffered.
Following an investigation, Kingston Police arrested 19-year-old Keenan Gould the following day, on August 5, and charged the accused with second-degree murder.
The victim and the suspect, who were attending a gathering at a mutual acquaintance’s apartment, were not previously known to each other.
