An investigation is underway into a sudden death at Sandbanks Provincial Park
On Saturday at about 4:45 p.m., emergency services were called to Outlet Beach where a 66-year-old woman was found unresponsive in the water. She was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.
The investigation continues, with a postmortem scheduled to determine the cause of death.
