It’s set to be an evening full of amazing local music. It’s the first ever Napanee U20 Rockfest!
The show is a partnership with the Harmony Lounge & Music Club and Greater Napanee’s Arts and Culture Advisory Committee.
myFM spoke with Michelle Hauser, the club’s Program Coordinator, let us know the concert is taking place June 28th from 4-9pm.
The free, family-friendly outdoor event will be a non-competitive celebration of music featuring youth musicians from Greater Napanee, Belleville, and Kingston.
Hauser told us what the community can expect from the show.
And there’s set to be more than just music! Morningstar Mission will be hosting a BBQ and Kona Ice will be there as well.
Organizers are also looking for a few sponsors to help cover a few small costs like their sound system and a banner for the stage.
