Prince Edward County OPP have arrested a Napanee man after a firearm incident in Picton.
On Sunday, June 2, just after midnight, officers responded to a report of a man with a gun outside a convenience store on Paul Street. They found and arrested the man, discovering he had a replica handgun.
38-year-old Stephen Beaudrie was charged with:
- Possession of an imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose
- Carrying a concealed weapon
- Three counts of failing to comply with a probation order
He was released after a bail hearing and is set to appear in Picton court on June 26, 2024.
