Stone Mills Township has a new CAO!
At their May 21st meeting, the council announced Jason White as the new Chief Administrative Officer effective June 13, 2024.
Jason, formerly the Manager of Information Technology and Information Systems at Utilities Kingston, moved to the area 11 years ago to work for the County of Lennox and Addington. He is also the Vice-President of the Municipal Information Systems Association (MISA) of Ontario.
“I am deeply honored to join the Township of Stone Mills as the Chief Administrative Officer” said White. “This role presents an incredible opportunity to serve a vibrant community. I look forward to contributing to the Township’s goals and working collaboratively to enhance the quality of life for its residents.”
Reeve John Wise said, “I’ve known Jason for many years through his work at the County.” He went on to say, “Jason has shown great interest in our community and leading our Township staff as CAO and I believe he will have great success.”
