Cannonball Crush back at Fort Henry in Kingston for an 11th year, challenging racers to a brand-new course route and new historic-themed obstacles.
Designed for 18+ racers of all fitness levels, the race will take place Saturday, June 8.
myFM spoke with Lain Bell, Fort Henry’s Product Enrichment Supervisor.
Registration is open now with discounted early-bird pricing in effect until March 28. Regular pricing then runs from March 29 to May 31.
New this year, there will be two different heat times.
Several new obstacles are part of the 5-kilometer event and old favorites are back, including the giant Slip ‘n Slide. The event is run in conjunction with the annual Craft Beer fest and all races will be admitted to that event free of charge after the race.
