A fire in Prince Edward County has left $3 million worth of damage in its wake.
Prince Edward County Fire and Rescue responded to the flames on Treasure Cove Road close to 1:30 Friday afternoon.
The fire spread from a house to two cottages by high winds. Crews arrived on scene to see two structures already engulfed with flames, and the third short behind. Several smaller outbuildings also caught fire.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
