Lennox and Addington County OPP have charged a 32-year-old from Belleville with two impaired driving charges following a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning.
Police responded to the crash on York Road near Norways Road around 3:00 a.m.
The driver, who sustained minor injuries, was treated by paramedics at the scene.
The accused’s license has been suspended for 90 days, and vehicle impounded for seven days.
They were released on an undertaking and are due in court in Greater Napanee on January 25.
