The Centre for Workforce Development has launched its 2024 EmployerOne Survey in Hastings, Prince Edward, and Lennox & Addington Counties. This survey aims to gather insights from businesses about workforce challenges and opportunities.
It covers topics such as Covid-19’s impact on the workforce, expected job vacancies, hiring plans, recruitment strategies, and employee skills. The collected data will be shared with local institutions and the public to address job shortages and skill needs.
The survey is anonymous and is open until February 2, 2024.
