Greater Napanee town council has passed a new Legislative Services Procedure bylaw this week. This bylaw replaces the old one from 2008 and governs how council meetings, committees, and members conduct themselves.
The changes include updated definitions and adjustments to account for technological advancements. There are also changes to the way deputations are received.
