A local man is due in court after a series of incidents where he spray-painted buildings in Amherstview.
Complaints were made to the L&A OPP about buildings being spray-painted on August 13, 14, and 16 along Bath Road in Amherstview. On August 17, officers located and arrested the man responsible for the spray-painting.
Due to this investigation, the L&A County OPP has charged a 29-year-old named Tyler Buckley from Loyalist Township with four counts of Mischief that destroys or damages property.
The accused was released with certain conditions and is scheduled to appear in court this September.
