Kingston Police have arrested and charged a 45 year old individual following an intimate partner violence incident.
Officers were called to the scene on July 5th at 1:15am, where an investigation revealed that the victim had been threatened and assaulted on several occasions.
Police say the victim’s wrist was burned by the accused with a functioning stove top burner.
The accused, who was at the residence, was charged with assault, assault with a weapon and uttering threats to cause death.
The individual attended a bail hearing the following day.
