There’s lots of fun to be had this Canada Day in and around the Greater Napanee Community.
The day starts off with a pancake breakfast with the Napanee firefighters at the SPC beginning at 7am. Then, the Napanee Valley Cruisers Show N’ Shine Car Show begins outside the SPC at 9am. There are kids activities all afternoon, live music, and of course, the night ends with fireworks at 10pm.
The Village of Bath is hosting an action-packed Canada Day. Start your day off right with a delicious, hearty breakfast of pancakes and sausages prepared by the Bath Firefighters Association. Located at the Bath Fire Hall, $10 per person. 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. The park will be filled with family fun, including the vendors market, kids zone and main stage entertainment! At 1:00pm, The Red & White Parade rolls out. At 3:00pm you can find the Firefighters Foam in the kids zone!
Tamworth also has a jampacked day of activities. Beginning with registration for the soap box derby at 10am and the race beginning at 11am. There’s a bike decorating contest, with judging taking place at 4:15pm, the parade beginning at 4:30pm, fun for the kids, live music and a car show to follow. End your night with a bang with fireworks at 10pm.
In Deseronto, their afternoon of fun will feature some home-grown talent during the main show from 4 to 8pm. Local musicians from the Harmony Lounge & Music Club will be performing. Fireworks are set to go off at dusk.
