Prince Edward County Mayor Steve Ferguson is asking for support from the community in a quest to win yet another Silver Chain Challenge. the challenge began 8 years ago, with a goal of inspiring and promoting engaged, active, safe and healthier communities. The challenge includes 13 counties across Eastern Ontario and runs until June 30th and residents can log kilometers travelled on foot or bike. Prince Edward County won the challenge the first year it was first entered in 2021. Residents of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds can participate in this initiative.
