Tami Callahan, the Executive Director for Highland Shores Children’s Aid has announced that she’ll be retiring in September.
Callahan has been with the team since 2018 and has over 30 years’ worth of experience under her belt in the field of child welfare.
The Board President, Anne-Marie Burrus said “Tami has led with integrity, decisiveness and compassion during the challenging years of the pandemic, all the while championing equity, diversity and inclusivity within the Society. She has been a strong advocate for children in need of service in our community and we will miss her vision and her wisdom.”
The board of directors is moving quickly to fill the position.
