The 40th annual Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Telethon takes place this weekend, raising life-savings funds for children across Eastern Ontario.
President and CEO of the CHEO Foundation Steve Read says odds are you know someone who has been helped by the world-class facility.
Read says the telethon also shows the community how hard the hospital works year-round for our kids.
This money raised is crucial, Read says.
