Charges have been laid after an impaired driver crashed a vehicle into the ditch.
Lennox and Addington OPP responded to the scene on Highway 7 in Kaladar shortly after midnight Tuesday morning.
After arriving, officers spoke to the driver who was arrested and taken to the detachment for further testing.
The 48-year-old from Quinte West is facing two impaired driving charges.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Court in Greater Napanee on March 28.
