The Napanee Pioneers are inviting community members to come out and try Modern Square Dancing.
myFM spoke with Dave, who’s been calling for square dancers for over 40 years.
He says if you can walk, you can square dance.
New lessons start this Friday, January 27th from 7 to 9:30pm at North Fred Hall.
Dave told us what a typical night of square dancing looks like.
The first night for dancers is free! Following the first free class, cost for dancers to attend is $7.
Square dancing is open for people of all ages and abilities.
Dave told us of some of the benefits to square dancing.
Classes take place every Friday from 7 to 9:30pm at North Fred Hall. Everyone is welcome to attend.
