Impaired driving charges were laid following a single vehicle collision on Loyalist Township.
Around 3am Sunday, Lennox and Addington OPP responded to the collision on Maple Road, where they located the driver and passenger, who had both sustained minor injuries.
The 22-year-old driver from Napanee has been charged with:
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Court in Greater Napanee on December 13.
