A heads up to residents of Picton, the County’s watermain flushing and hydrant maintenance program.
Flushing will take place until Friday, October 7 between 7am and 6pm in the area northeast of and including Johnson Street in Picton.
While flushing is taking place, customers are asked to avoid excessive water use. You may also experience intermittent pressure fluctuations and some discolouration of tap water.
If you experience coloured water, run the cold water tap closest to the water metre for a few minutes until tap water runs clear.
