A 70 year old male from North Frontenac has been charged following a report of a sexual assault in July of 2022. Officers with Frontenac OPP say the assault took place in a trailer park in North Frontenac and as a result of the investigation Paul Downer was charged with Sexual Assault on a person under 16 years of age and Sexual Interference.
