The town of Greater Napanee will be adding two new names to the Napanee Sports Hall of Fame.
The Napanee Sports Hall of Fame began in 1997 with seven original inductees. This year is the seventh induction class.
Janet Pringle told council of the first inductee, Roger Mills, a long-time resident of Napanee, started playing sports at young age.
The second person being added is Pattie Sharp, who was an integral part of ensuring that many events and organizations had success through her tireless roles
Councillor Terry Richardson is encouraging community members to attend the Strathcona Paper Centre sometime to view the Sports Hall of Fame.
An induction ceremony will be taking place this September 15th, at the SPC banquet hall.
