Following an investigation by the Special Investigations Unit, no charges will be laid after the arrest of a 38 year old male in Kingston back in April. In this case the accused was located by police and wanted on a warrant. The male fled and a foot chase ensued. During a struggle before the arrest the man had consumed a quantity of methamphetamine. He was taken to hospital but was later released, suffering no injuries. The file has been closed.
