An outbreak of Covid-19 has been declared at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital.
The outbreak was declared Monday by public health, who reported in their latest Covid dashboard update, that there is currently one active patient associated with the outbreak.
Public health is also reporting 12 local cases of COVID-19 in hospital, down from 13 on Friday, with three currently in the ICU, two of which are on a ventilator.
As of Monday afternoon, 92.9% of individuals 5 and over in KFL&A have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. 89.2% have received their second. 68.6% of those 18 and over have received a three doses.
