A 40 year old inmate at Bath Institution is facing a charge of First Degree Murder. On February 24th Correctional Service Canada contacted the OPP at around 11:30am following a serious assault. As a result police charged Dwayne Dilleon with First Degree Murder. The deceased has been identified as 55 year old Darren Phillip Rouse. The accused remains in custody and will appear in court in Napanee by Video on February 25th.
