Environment Canada has issued an Extreme Cold Warning for Greater Napanee and the surrounding area today and through Wednesday Morning. Temperatures are expected to be between minus 21 and minus 27 with windchill values between minus 28 and minus 33. Extreme cold does put everyone at risk especially young children and older adults. A reminder to dress in layers and cover up exposed skin to avoid frostbite.
