Hydro One customers now have an additional method to report power outages.
Spokesperson, Alicia Sayers says Hydro One is the first utility provider to offer a text reporting system.
Additionally, customers will also be able to receive outage alerts by email, and can continue using outage maps and the Hydro One mobile app.
