The Alzheimer Society of KFL&A has begun the first of their fall fundraisers.
myFM spoke with Lesley Kimble, Volunteer Coordinator about coffee day today.
In the past, volunteers have been on site at the McDonald locations across KFL&A, but due to COVId-19, this year they thought it prudent not to have volunteers in site. Even without the volunteers, there will still be other ways to make a donation.
All monies raised by and for the Alzheimer Society of KFL&A stay local and are used to provide programs and services which support those who are diagnosed, their caregivers and families.
