Among the list of people for the return to school, includes bus drivers. It’s been over four months since they’ve been able to safely drive area children to and from school.
myFM spoke with Sean Payne, owner of martins Bus Service, about how the drivers are feeling.
Payne says most COVID-19 safety protocols will remain in place this school year.
Payne also mentioned that bus drivers will have extra masks on the bus incase a student may forget one. There will also be extra cleaning when the bus is in their parking lot.
Busses hit the road for their first trip to school Tuesday September 7.
