Lennox and Addington have laid impairment charges against a tractor Trailer driver who was witnessed driving erratically.
On the morning of July 9 police initiated a traffic stop on Highway 401 near the Palace Road exit where they found the driver to be showing signs of impairment.
As part of the investigation Police Seized suspected Heroin and Suspected Cocaine.
The 29 year old of Brampton was charged with Operation While Impaired and Two counts of Possession of a Schedule I substance.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Court in Greater Napanee on July 27. The accused’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
