A Greater Napanee man is facing charges after a single vehicle rollover on Highway 401.
A vehicle was traveling westbound near the Deseronto off Ramp when the driver lost control and rolled the vehicle which came to rest on its roof. Police determined that the driver was showing signs of impairment.
The driver was transported to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Lennox and Addington OPP have charged the 33 year old with Operation While Impaired, Operating a motor vehicle while over legal blood alcohol limit, and Careless Driving.
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in Court in Napanee on July 20.
The accused’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
