Two Kingston residents have reason to celebrate after winning big with LOTTO MAX. Dorothy Haines and Lucien Mercier of Kingston have $165,082.30 to put toward their dreams after winning the second prize in the October 13, draw. The pair matched six numbers plus the bonus number to win the prize. Dorothy said they played numbers that came to her in a dream in which she won the lottery. The pair plan to use their winnings to pay bills and share with their kids.
The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on Sutherland Drive in Kingston.
