The 57-year-old music store owner, Dale discovered his win while using the OLG Lottery App. Dale plans to put his winnings in the bank. “I’ve thought about a few things that I want to buy, but I will take my time before making decisions. After the losses I’ve experienced because of COVID-19, the timing of this win is perfect,” he said.
The winning ticket was purchased at Richmond Grocery on Bridge Street in Napanee.
