An investigation into the overdose death of an Odessa woman has resulted in the arrests of three people and a warrant issued for a fourth. Lennox and Addington County OPP say 25-year-old Chelsea Hilliard-Bienias, 46-year-old Ben Perry Bienias, and 47-year-old Lisa Marie Hartwick all face drug charges including possession and trafficking of fentanyl. The investigation began on October 31st, when a 30 year old woman was found dead of a suspected drug overdose. Then last Friday, a search warrant was executed at a home on Westdale Avenue in Kingston and the three were taken into custody. An arrest warrant has been executed for 32-year-old Brody Brian Whan, who remains at large. He’s wanted on charges of trafficking in Fentanyl and Methamphetamine. Police say dealers are knowingly distributing products that can harm or kill. Police say there no safe use of illegal drugs.
